Job Summary:
Assisting Hands of Collegeville, a franchise in the healthcare/medical industry, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to increase hours based on your own availability. The caregiver will be responsible for providing in-home care services to clients, helping to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Location: Collegeville, PA and surrounding area of Montgomery County
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage of $14 to $16 per hour, paid biweekly
- Flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional hours
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients to promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting preferred.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to provide at least three professional and personal references.
